She later contributed to the development of new forecasting and real-time operation systems for electrical networks.<\/p>\n<p>Following the liberalization of electricity and gas markets in Europe, she worked on establishing new regulations. She managed market risk control for various energy assets, including nuclear, hydroelectric, and thermal production, as well as long-term contracts and customer portfolios.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]She then led strategic studies for international development before shifting her focus to local economic development through the implementation of a program designed to foster employment and innovation in hydroelectric valleys. This initiative involved creating an investment fund and establishing several territorial agencies.<\/p>\n<p>She became Director of Industrial Sectors, contributing to a Strategic Committee focused on developing a manufacturing industry in areas such as offshore wind, solar energy, biogas, hydrogen, industrial decarbonization, energy efficiency, batteries, smart grids, and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS).
