The convening brought together stakeholders from the infrastructure sector to discuss how the calls-to-action and recommendations of the Midterm Review of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction can be progressed in the context of infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The event was an opportunity to form partnerships and alliances among key stakeholders in DRR who do not usually convene in the same room and between whom dialogue does not usually occur.
