Sessions covered project planning methodologies, effective resource allocation strategies, risk assessment and mitigation techniques, and the integration of engineering principles into project management frameworks. Interactive discussions enriched the learning experience, allowing attendees to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios prevalent in construction and engineering projects.<\/p>\n<p>Feedback from participants highlighted the meticulous organization of the training, the expertise of the trainers, and the program&#8217;s relevance in preparing them for future leadership roles within the construction sector. The training featured esteemed speakers, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eng. Mustafa B. Shehu, President of WFEO<\/li>\n<li>Eng. Yonas Ayalew Tessema, CEO of ECC<\/li>\n<li>Dr. Eng.
