The Myanmar Engineering Council<\/a>, host of the WFEO Committee on Education in Engineering (CEIE)<\/a>, successfully hosted the Annual International Conference on Engineering Education Accreditation (ICEEA) 2024<\/b>, on 23 and 24 July 2024. <\/p>\n

The conference was held virtually and had the theme “Engineering Education for better Engineering Solutions towards a Sustainable World”<\/b>.

\nICEEA 2024 Keynote speakers: Dr Marlene Kanga, WFEO Past President; The Honourable Prof Dr Charlie Than, Union Minister, Minister for Industry and Past President Myanmar Engineering Council; Mr Tin Latt, Adviser, Myanmar Engineering Council and Mr Fred Monsada, President Philippine Technological Council<\/i>

\nThe conference featured leading speakers and attendees from 28 countries and featured the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in engineering education. It brought together scholars and experts from regional and international spheres to share experience insights and perspectives and best practices, especially in incorporating the UN Sustainable Development Goals into the engineering curriculum.
